The new customer experience centre (CEC) is located at One Canada Square in Canary Wharf, and the company celebrated the grand opening with an event that showcased its latest products including SmartVision 60, a 360-degree all-in-one camera, and MeetingBar A10, which has been specially designed for meetings in huddle spaces.
Yealink unveiled the SmartVision 60 at Microsoft Ignite in October, with the MeetingBar A10 introduced at the beginning of November and expected to be available in December.
The event included Microsoft guest speakers who explained how Yealink devices can enhance Teams rooms solutions. Yealink has partnerships with collaboration providers including Microsoft, Zoom, and RingCentral, with the company looking to develop complete unified communications solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Yealink said the new location will serve as a hub for collaboration and innovation in the unified communications and collaboration industry, providing customers and partners with the opportunity to experiment with Yealink's latest products (see picture below).
The company has more than 500,000 corporate customers and over 220 partnerships across the globe and this new office will support Yealink’s expansion within the UK and Ireland.
