James a former resident of New Zealand worked for: Tesltra, NSC and Avaya managing its top 20 accounts in the lower North Island and across the South Island. His remit is to drive the Virsae Service Management proposition to existing and net new partners encouraging them to incorporate the solution into their existing managed services offering.
Westcon is currently the exclusive distributor for Virsae in the UK which delivers a proactive management platform across Avaya’s communications systems and applications, which will soon extend to other vendor portfolios.

The Virsae cloud solution is a relatively simplistic process for partners to accelerate their margins at a reduced time to market by creating a steady revenue stream of monthly charges - ‘sticky customers’, and new revenue opportunities that can be identified when resellers recognise trends or require upgrades when monitoring the end user’s environment.
