Zen Internet has entered into a strategic agreement with ITS.
The collaboration will result in Zen using ITS’s extensive full fibre footprint to offer business-grade connectivity in new geographies, further enhancing Zen’s footprint and providing access to a broader range of business-grade connectivity solutions.
Under the agreement, two new full fibre products — FibreLight and FibreBright — will be made available to Zen’s channel partners, as well as its business base. Channel partners will soon be able to access the products through Zen’s Leased Line Quote Tool.
FibreLight delivers a leased line-type product that offers 100 Mbps up to 5 Gbps - ideal for SMEs seeking more than basic broadband and offers a step up for growing businesses. FibreBright offers a fully uncontended and symmetrical Ethernet leased line service, from 100 Mbps up to 10 Gbps – built for data-intensive environments and cloud-first operations, it provides enterprise-level speed, stability and scalability.
The deal also builds on an existing relationship between the pair, strengthened earlier in 2025, with ITS gaining wider access to Zen’s FTTP footprint. This has increased their combined off-net business coverage to around 700 exchange areas.
Richard Tang, CEO of Zen Internet, said, “Our partnership with ITS allows us to extend our reach and provide unparalleled connectivity solutions to our channel partners as well as B2B clients, especially in areas where we previously did not have a footprint. We are excited about the opportunities this brings and are confident it will drive growth for both Zen and ITS. I’m particularly happy about this being a reciprocal partnership, with Zen selling services over ITS’s network, and ITS using Zen’s network to provide services where ITS has not yet built network footprint."
Daren Baythorpe, CEO of ITS, said, “This partnership shows two organisations working to deliver greater choice, value, and resilience to the UK business connectivity market. It also reflects the strategic alignment and mutual respect between two businesses committed to innovation, quality, and customer value.
“We’re proud to support their expansion, just as Zen has supported ours. From pioneering network innovations like our 50G-PON trial, to this new wholesale agreement, we’re proving what’s possible when collaboration is underpinned by shared purpose and ambition.”
David Barber, strategy director, Zen Internet, said, “This agreement with ITS is a powerful step forward in our mission to deliver greater choice, performance, and value to our channel partners and B2B customers. It’s not just about expanding our footprint, it’s about setting a new standard for what our partners and customers can expect from Zen. With ITS, we’re unlocking new capabilities and geographies, and this is just the beginning. We have more exciting partnerships on the horizon and, together, they’ll help us shape a more connected, competitive future.”
