Mike will help aid thier customer support portal improving the user experience further.
Previously a freelance graphic designer, whose clients included Bournemouth University and the charity Pump Aid, Mike is looking forward to putting his expertise in user interface design into practise at VoIP Unlimited, to improve the user experience for both customers and dealers who use the website and online portal.
Speaking of his appointment, Mike said: “I am hoping my role at VoIP Unlimited will help me to further develop my skills and test myself in new areas of design. My input in the online portal will offer help characters and tutorials for customers, therefore improving every aspect of the business, from customer relations to efficiency and speed of service.”
VoIP Unlimited managing director, Mark Pillow, welcomes Mike to the team, adding: “Mike has chosen to join VoIP Unlimited at a really progressive time for the company and we are hugely excited about the improvements he’s planning to make to the overall design of the portal.”
