The Manchester-based company secured the ‘most notable customer win’ from manufacturer Avaya in acknowledgment of a successful installation with retailer SPAR - across a network of nine offices in the UK and Ireland.
The Avaya Scopia video conferencing technology is improving collaboration between sites and enhancing business agility via a cloud-based service, according to Ian Carter, MD at Videonations.
“SPAR sought a reliable, scalable, collaborative video solution to ensure employees of various business units were able to communicate effectively without loss of time in travelling. They previously used basic teleconferencing systems – which were inefficient and ineffective for collaboration and required executives to travel to have face-to-face meetings instead.”
