By making its training free to access and removing the need for partners to visit its offices, Union Street has in effect, also made it easier and cheaper for aBILLity users to attain its ‘Union Street Accredited Professional’ (USAP) qualification. Introduced in 2015, the USAP qualification certifies the knowledge and capabilities of billing professionals in the telecoms industry and their competence in using the aBILLity platform. Gaining the accreditation provides a range of benefits, including discounts on Union Street’s consultancy services and invitations to aBILLity user group meetings to discuss future product development.
