Midland Distribution has found themselves in a legal battle after The Dispatch Unit issued court proceedings over a dispute regarding some £200k in unpaid commission. This is follows a legal dispute between The Dispatch Unit and EE as it's Orange account was suspended last year.
The dealer was told by Midland that it would not be receiving revenue share payments made from its base from October last year. However, Midland continued to pay the dealer commission until March. Discussions between the companies have not yielded a solution and The Dispatch Unit believe legal action is the only way forwards. The Dispatch Unit claims it is owed £200k.
A spokesperson for the Dispatch Unit commented "We now don't believe anything will be resolved outside of the legal route but we are 95% certain we will receive some payment"
