teliqo unites landline and mobile with bespoke solutions

A bespoke, flexible, multi-device phone system for the mid and enterprise markets has been launched by teliqo.

Available on desk phones, computers and laptops – as well as on iPhones, iPads, and tablets – teliqo provides users with a single telephone service using one contact number across all of their chosen devices, enabling them to extend their office to wherever they are.

Calls to the single number are not simply forwarded, but routed simultaneously to all devices, allowing the user to choose which one they answer. Regardless of the device used to make a call, the same number is displayed for the recipient. teliqo’s own network carries mobile calls and landline calls.

Highlighting the service’s flexibility and scalability, Lux said: “Users can choose from over 200 features, including conferencing, secure call recording, unified voicemail, call reporting and management and call centres. teliqo is also able to create bespoke features that can easily be added to fit the specific and changing requirements of individual customers.”

Initial set-up and any future changes can all be completed through teliqo’s secure web portal – and once the phones are connected, they configure themselves with the user’s one number, their profile, and all the other customer settings. Voice-prioritised broadband, included in the monthly subscription, provides the necessary quality of service. No specialist telecoms knowledge is required, however online and phone support is available 24/7 from teliqo’s UK-based support centre.”
