Pickering currently leads the company’s recently restructured numbering division will now also operationally lead the technical support function in a combined team delivering end-to-end support for TelcoSwitch partners.
He has a wealth of experience from his time at Yay.com, with whom TelcoSwitch have been working closely since their 2022 acquisition by TelcoSwitch investors, Queen’s Park Equity. Pickering joined Yay.com in 2017 and developed their customer experience efforts.
Pickering said, “I’m excited to be leading the TelcoSwitch customer experience team. My first objective is to streamline support for our partners.
“I want partners to reach us quickly, efficiently and by whatever means works for them. Be it a phone call or a support ticket, I want the experience our partners receive to be industry leading, fast and conclusive in solution on first contact.”
