TD Synnex has been appointed as a distributor in the UK and Ireland for Ciena, a high-speed optical networking, routing systems and automation vendor.
The distributor added it has put together a specialist team to support partners in taking Ciena’s solutions to market. The specialist team can support with on-boarding and extended technical and professional services.

Ciena’s routers and switches are used for building adaptive networks that meet the needs of AI, data centers, cloud infrastructure, internet services, and utility and carrier networks.
The company’s Navigator Network Control Suite uses analytics and automation for comprehensive lifecycle network operations.
