The new programme will offer the company’s partners a range of commercial benefits and collaborative services to help accelerate their growth.
Partners can upskill teams with e-learning tools, as well as having access to marketing support including customisable product collateral and campaign toolkits. TalkTalk Wholesale Services will also support partner development through in-person partner experiences, events, and awards.
The new programme will operate on a points-based system and offers tailored support split across three tiers: Pro, Power, and the highest tier, Power+.
Each level provides commercial incentives, product and marketing support, training and education, and even personalised consultancy from TalkTalk Wholesale’s Services leadership team.
Paul Smith, chief sales officer, TalkTalk Wholesale Services, said, “By putting the power of our network in our partners’ hands and enabling deeper levels of collaboration, we’re helping them to unlock new opportunities and accelerate their customer journeys, so they can increase the value they provide to their customers.”
Gradwell Communications was part of a trial for the partner programme and has achieved Power+ status. Darren Standing, the company’s CPO, said, “The dedicated support, additional incentives and access to product specialists provided by TalkTalk’s Partner Programme give us an edge, allowing us to grow more rapidly and sustain that growth. We’ve really benefited from the relationship and look forward to continued success.”
LOQEX also trialled the initiative. Ryan Birch, the company’s managing director, added, “The TalkTalk Partner Programme has not only accelerated our business growth but has also opened new avenues for winning fresh business. The resources and tools provided through this partnership have been pivotal in enabling us to pursue and secure new wins in our industry.”
