The STL Sales Development Programme is a two year training course that is run in conjunction with a number of STL’s partners, such as Samsung and Vodafone, and covers all aspects of sales from business development and lead generation to negotiation, account management and selling techniques. Whilst one of the new starters has recently graduated, the other two are school leavers who were already working in a commercial environment but were looking for a career in sales with on the job training.
