Leading Cloud Solutions is self-funded and holds relationships with numerous cloud solution providers. The company offers independent advice to organisations that are researching the cloud solution market, with a focus on UCaaS, CCaaS, and cybersecurity. It specialises in integrations between platforms such as UCaaS and CRM systems.
Joel Price, co-founder, Leading Cloud Solutions, explained, "Some of the providers that we work with have seen a 30-fold increase in business following the first lockdown in March 2020; it is well documented that companies needed to act quickly to support a working from home model. We expect to see continued adoption of such cloud technologies due to their flexibility and affordability.”
Fellow co-founder Dave Hepplewhite added, “Following research and feedback we found that, although the significant benefits that cloud technologies can bring to organisations are evident, there is an initial challenge for IT departments and leadership teams. That is one of time and associated costs required to research, test and select the right technologies for their requirements given the 100s of options available in the fast-evolving cloud market.

Price and Hepplewhite (pictured above, left and right, respectively) founded the business after leaving roles at TexelPro, previously ScanSource Europe. TexelPro recently made its workforce redundant across all of its operations in Belgium, France, Germany and the UK. ScanSource sold its Europe and UK products distribution business in November 2020 to private equity firm Ten Oaks Group.
