The tour presented comms resellers with insights on the latest technologies from Ericsson-LG and Pragma's other vendor partners.
The team also presented participants with 10 insights to help better prepare them for 2020, where UC penetration is expected to reach 100%. Among the topics covered were:

In addition, the team discussed the simplification of sales and marketing within the comms industry and shared insights on providing future-proof communications solutions with Ericsson-LG's cupboard to cloud proposition.
