Susan Moore, who takes up the role of customer care consultant with the firm, is well placed to enhance Orca’s service offering. Having sharpened her skills in a number of business disciplines including marketing, graphic design and business management, Susan holds a very well rounded business background and an excellent focus on customer service.
Susan will be responsible for liaising with Orca Telecom’s customers to foster strong relationships, whilst responding to enquiries and delivering specialist services on request.
