Keynote speaker Ian Woolner - Microsoft's Skype for Business Development Professional - was joined by Ian Brindle from Nimans and Yealink General Manager, Steve Watts.
Ian, Nimans’ Head of Conferencing and Telephony Sales outlined the massive market potential and explained: “Globally 75m people work from home and there are 600m mobile workers along with one billion office cube spaces. Full collaboration of voice, video and content sharing is the way forward with Skype For Business (SFB) revolutionising the way many people work.”
Resellers learned how Yealink is ideally positioned in the modern workplace with its new T4X series of stylish SFB handsets – that combine cutting edge audio performance with supreme functionality.
Attendees also heard about Nimans’ ‘cradle to grave’ Skype For Business end point support programme that features ‘zero touch’ auto provisioning, buy-back, remote estate management, bonded warehouse storage and WEEE environmental disposal. Ian added: “The whole culture of the meeting room experience has changed. Smaller type huddle rooms are popping up everywhere.”
