Following the acquisition, Everything Tech’s Manchester office will become MITSG’s national headquarters and all employees will remain with the business to bring the group’s total headcount to 100. The Everything Tech brand will remain prominent within MITSG.
MITSG was founded by Mark Allen (pictured above, right) and Phil Smit (pictured above, left) and offers SMEs a full range of managed services around four distinct specialist units – cloud and remote desktop services, networks and security, voice and contact centre, and IT support.

This is the latest acquisition for MITSG, taking the total to four since May 2021. The group secured new investment earlier this year.
