The agreement will make Maintel more easily accessible for procurement by public sector bodies, including central and local governments, as well as the NHS.
The company already has a rich history in supplying communications and managed services to the sector, such as working with over 40 health trusts to provide mission critical communications solutions and enabling local authorities such as Greater London Authority, West Midlands Police, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, University of Bath and NHS Grampian.

Maintel has been named as a provider of data access, local connectivity, traditional telephony, inbound telephony, IP telephony, mobile voice and data, paging and alerting, video conferencing, audio conferencing, unified communications, and contact centres.
RM3808 replaces the previous framework RM1045, under which Maintel was also recognised as a certified supplier.
