Emma Carter, who three years ago joined Excalibur from Biffa, is now Sales and Marketing Director, whilst Becky Gale and Darren Harper have both become Sales Managers.
Currently looking for more new recruits to meet demand for its communications and IT solutions, Excalibur CEO James Phipps believes that industry experience isn’t always essential.

With her first-class knowledge, presentation know-how and exemplary customer service skills, you’d have thought that she’s always worked here”.
Phipps also pointed to the inaugural and highly successful running of Excalibur’s first Business School in 2015, from which the newly promoted Becky Gale and Darren Harper were both graduates.
