This strategy sees the promotion of Alan Quinlan to Director of Corporate Sales and Stuart Nicoll to Global Accounts Manager, as revealed by Nigel Dunn, Managing Director, Jabra Business Solutions UK & Ireland.
"Alan has shown great leadership in driving Jabra’s direct touch into our target user base, nearly doubling business in our key accounts last year. Stuart is promoted to handle our Global Accounts and worked on some of our largest international accounts last year to create an enormous impact on our growth," said Dunn. "This year we will continue our investment in the High Touch Sales Team and will work closer with our channel and Strategic Alliance partners, to continue our acquisition of new accounts and drive up our market-share."
Nigel goes on to reveal, "I am also pleased to confirm the arrival of Lee Harper, who joins Alan's team specifically to focus on growing our business within Contact Centres. This is a market where we have established good growth through adoption of IP Voice and UC platforms and see significant opportunities to work with our strategic partners and win a greater share of this market. Lee's background at Outsourcery has given him a strong grounding in the new technology driving this market sector and we're very pleased to welcome him on board."
"While the Contact Centre market is not set for huge growth, Jabra sees technology refresh in this sector as the driver for our sales," said Dunn. "Our understanding of this market and how high quality audio solutions can drive productivity and reduce agent attrition will be crucial. It's an area where I believe Contact Centres have been badly served in the past and that has had an impact on customer satisfaction and staff retention. It's a high pressure working environment and both agents and customers need the best solutions to have the greatest impact. Jabra has a strong pedigree in all aspects of audio and we believe can bring more to this market."
