The award recognises NEC’s best performing business partner offering telephony solutions to the enterprise market in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). It was presented in a ceremony at the NEC EMEA Partner Conference 2015 held in Athens, Greece.
Global 4’s commitment to customer service plays a key role in its performance. For example, the Horsham-based company recently came to the rescue of a prominent estate agency group, whose telephony supplier went out of business, terminating their contract with just six weeks’ notice and little support.
In that time, Global 4 installed 100 lines, 400 extensions and broadband to seven brands in 45 locations, with three days to spare. Global 4 also set up the latest NEC 3C IP solution in two exclusive London data centres with support from data suppliers Gamma and Voiceflex.
