Fusion Coventry Appoints New Head

Major local employer Fusion Contact Centre Services, part of the BGL Group, has announced the appointment of Linda Tomlinson as the new Head of Site for its Coventry location. Developing leadership strategies will be high on the agenda for Linda as she looks to help Fusion cement its place as a market leader in the provision of contact centre services.

Having previously managed sites for ATS Euromaster and LaSer UK, Linda brings with her over 20 years’ experience in contact centre environments. Having relevant background means she is perfectly suited to heading up the 300 person strong team and will be able to make an immediate impact.

David Thompson, Managing Director of Fusion, said: “We are delighted to welcome Linda to Fusion. She has a proven track record in delivering results and we are confident that she will maintain the high quality of service we have come to expect from our excellent team in Coventry.”

Asked what she hoped to achieve in her new role, Linda Tomlinson, Head of Site, Fusion Coventry, said: “My main focuses are developing excellent leadership skills across the management team, helping to deliver increased profit through improved customer satisfaction and continuing to deliver on our corporate and social responsibilities.”
