The one day course, which would normally cost £150 to attend, has been developed for resellers to send both a sales and engineering delegate to the event. The sales person will undergo training on how to sell the call management and call recording solutions whilst the engineering delegate will be educated in how to install and configure the solution to the customers’ requirements.
