This is Evergreen’s second acquisition in the United Kingdom, with the group having acquired more than 80 IT services acquisitions globally. Evergreen invests in businesses whilst looking to retain the company’s talent, leadership and legacy.
Digital Origin was founded in August 2018 and provides businesses throughout the UK with comprehensive solutions that combine all of their IT needs within a single provider. Its product portfolio spans IT, connectivity, telephony, and mobile solutions.
The companies said this acquisition will equip Digital Origin with “resources and opportunities that will propel its business growth and innovation forward”.
