Leadership skills, however, have remained a constant strength, resulting in the Daisy Group Marketing Director being shortlisted for a prestigious Female Leader award.
Downtown in Business will host the first annual Manchester Women in Business awards on Thursday July 10 where Kate has been nominated for her leadership qualities.

The aim of the Downtown in Business awards, held in association with the Women’s Organisation, is to recognise businesswomen in their successful contributions to economic development and has larger aspirations in breaking stereotypes and promoting female role models.
In total there are 14 awards up for grabs on the day with categories including Employee of the Year, Financial Adviser of the Year, Social Enterprise of the Year and Business of the Year.
