BDR Group has announced the acquisition of London-based MBA Information Technology Limited (MBA IT).
MBA IT is an MSP specialising in enterprise IT infrastructure. The company was established in 2005 and serves customers in retail and professional services. It achieves annual revenue of £10 million.

BDR Group stepped up its M&A strategy in 2016. Since then, the company has made a number of transactions including acquiring 3C Technology, Maple Computing, and Integratech.
