In this role he is developing strategies and programmes for the hundreds of systems integrators, service providers, distributors, value-added resellers and solution providers who are Avaya partners across Europe.
Andy has over 20 years’ experience in Information Technology and channel strategy and a proven track record in developing high growth businesses across partner and vendor organisations. He joins Avaya from Cisco, where was Director of Collaboration and Cloud in EMEA.
At the same time, Avaya has also appointed Ioan MacRae (pictured) as head of EU mid-market. He is responsible for driving Avaya’s mid-market presence and increasing market share across the EU region and will work closely with the iConnect programme.
Together with the EU sales team and Avaya partners, MacRae will encourage the adoption of Avaya’s mid-market portfolio and will improve sales cycles and go-to-market strategies.
MacRae has several years of mid-market focused sales and management experience, both in the UK and overseas. He joins Avaya from the Westcon Group where he was General Manager for UK, Ireland and Greece.
