Through the partnership, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise will offer Avaya OneCloud CCaaS which provides advanced AI, identity and security, workforce engagement management and customer service capabilities to Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise customers. Avaya will offer Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise Digital Age Networking solutions to its customers, covering enterprise wired and wireless connectivity technologies with cloud platform services.
