3CX introduces version 20

3CX has announced the release of the latest version of its end-to-end business communications platform.

Version 20 has been built with a redesigned platform architecture. It includes new call centre features, a Windows softphone, and the introduction of a new admin console.

The enhanced contact centre features include an integrated multi-tenant solution, call manager, VoIP quality monitoring, and event logs to provide important information to agents.
