O2 CEO Matthew Key has initiated a staff loyalty scheme aimed at incentivising them to add a million new customers before the end of the year. If O2 hits its target of 17m customers in total, all full-time staff will get a £1,000 bonus. O2 UK has just seen Q2 service revenuesgrow by 14.9% year on year; and for the five months to June reached a total of £1,691 million, an increase of 15.1% compared to the same period last year, “driven by continued strong customer and ARPU growth”.
