European Telecom has been appointed as an official distributor of Vodafone prepay products, giving it the full compliment of networks on prepay. European Telecom says it is expected to establish and develop new online and media sales channels.“We now have the ability to directly communicate to the end users of the products we distribute, enabling us to use a variety of customer relationship management methods to ensure they have the best customer experience possible,” said Frank Masson, sales and marketing director at European Telecom. Vodafone head of pre-pay sales Nick Birtwistle commented: “European Telecom are well placed to support our growing retailer and dealer base, and we are pleased to have them on board for what will be a very active 2006”.
