The categories for the Comms Business Awards, the channel’s most recognised and prestigious industry awards are announced this month along with a new on-line system for entering your company, products, applications and solutions.
The Comms Business Awards 2011 categories can now be revealed! Together with an expanded independent judging panel, a new on-line format for submitting entries and a fantastic Gala Awards Dinner at London’s Lancaster Hotel on 23 June, the 2011 Awards are set to be a highlight in the channel year.
Non-voting Chairman of the judging panel, Editor Ian Hunter commented, “The awards categories reflect the changing and dynamic nature of the market in which we operate and provide for the recognition of the most inclusive range of activities and types of company. Entrants will find the new on-line method for submitting awards is both self explanatory and easy to use.”
The 2011 Comms Business Awards will also see an expanded judging panel to assess the entries, select finalists and adjudicate the winners.
Ian Hunter, “We have appointed independent specialists and experts for each of the category groups that will bring to bear their vast knowledge and experience of what works for the channel and how success is achieved. In addition to these judged awards we are retaining the three reader vote categories which have proved so popular in the past, aligned to a secure on-line voting system.”
Reseller Categories
Reseller of the Year (Small) – for companies with a turnover of up to £2.5M
Reseller of the Year (Medium) – for companies with a turnover from £2.5M to £7.5M
Reseller of the Year (Large) – for companies with a turnover of over £7.5M
Switchless Reseller of the Year Overall Reseller of the Year (decided from the winner of small, medium and large categories)
