Strategic Priorities for the Complex Supply Chain

This will include an update from DSIT followed by a panel session of industry experts who will tease out the key issues facing Communication Providers (CPs) and the Complex Supply Chain. It will be an interactive session with a chance for attendees to ask questions and make their views known.
Business Switching

This session will provide an update on One Touch Switching with all the latest on business switching. This is a session led by the industry Gaining Provider Business Led Steering Group and will be filled with practical information and the very latest position for business CPs.
Changes to the General Conditions
- Speakers:

- Jill Faure, Ofcom
- Natasha Longson, Ofcom
This session will bring together all the recent changes to the Ofcom General Conditions that CPs need to understand.
Ofcom will present on the changes, paying particular attention to their updated Calling Line Identification (CLI) facilities Guidelines and the FCS team will follow up with details of all the forthcoming changes CPs and resellers need to implement.
