The CP860 will take on existing market contenders with as-standard functionality that includes USB call recording, Power over Ethernet, triple microphone pick-up and five-way HD full duplex conferencing.
Options include expansion microphones which can extend reception beyond the unit’s standard 10 metre reach and enable it to support as many as 16 users.
“Offering the price advantage that is now synonymous with the Yealink brand, the CP860 is the conference phone that will have everyone talking,” commented Yealink UK’s general manager Steve Watts. “It offers exceptional functionality and performance with features such as USB recording and PoE making it a much more attractive option than established models. It is, I believe, going to really shake up the market.”
Designed to operate in small and medium sized rooms - a high volume market segment - the CP860 can be connected to mobile phones and desk or laptop computers whilst 400 millisecond acoustic echo cancelling ensures superior call quality.
Today also sees the company further extending its T2x series of SIP handsets with the introduction of the SIP-T27NP. The new model can support six SIP accounts, three-way conferencing and offers a broad range of functions such as SCA, BLF, paperless DSS keys, call forward and transfer. Featuring dual 10/100 Ethernet ports it incorporates a 9.3cm (3.66”) LCD backlit screen. Optional accessories include the EXP39B expansion module and EHS36 Wireless Headset Adaptor which ensures compatibility with Plantronics, Jabra and Sennheiser models.
Both models will be unveiled at Convergence Summit North and are available through Yealink UK’s authorised network of distributors and ITSP partners in the UK and Ireland.
