The SIP telephony specialist laid on a VIP hospitality package for its channel partners which saw them enjoy a paddock tours and a grandstand view of the race action. Guests also got to check out the high performance cars which did battle on the track with tIPicall’s support desk manager, Paul Glover among those to take a seat in the Blueberry Racing’s Yealink branded BMW Series 3.
Guests, who included senior figures from DRD Communications, iHub, Natterbox, Orbtalk, TelecomsWorld and Vcomm, also got to meet the professional, semi-pro and “gentlemen drivers” who took part in the highly popular event. These included Ronald Van Loon who steered the Yealink car to a respectable 8th in a field of 14 in the hard-fought Supersport category.
The day was offered as a thank-you to the companies and individuals who have helped Yealink secure significant penetration of the UK market. Now a top twoplayer globally, Yealink has enjoyed annualised growth of 50 percent in the UK every year since the turn of the decade.
