The provider of SIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, and cloud services will now offer customers support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, starting from today.
The company said the introduction of round-the-clock support has been a “long-anticipated milestone” on its roadmap.

Earlier this summer, the company unveiled Voiceflex AI Meeting. This new solution uses generative AI to intelligently transcribe and summarise telephone and video conference calls.
