Orr has been in the business for a number of years in different roles, most recently as executive director for strategic projects where he developed the strategy and executed the plan for the company’s wholesale fixed business.
In his new role as chief operations officer, Orr (pictured above) will take responsibility for areas including the company’s customer service, retail footprint and field teams.
Christian Hindennach is the company’s interim chief commercial officer, replacing Ulrik Bengtsson who, the company said, “very recently decided to leave to pursue other non-executive opportunities”.
Hindennach (pictured below) was formerly strategy and transformation director in Virgin Media O2’s consumer division and before that held the positions of CCO at Sky Deutschland and Unitymedia.
