Virgin Media O2 is joining forces with Evenbreak to attract and recruit more disabled people into its workplaces.
The company is advertising U.K.-wide job vacancies via the Evenbreak job board, which is run by and for disabled people. Current vacancies include roles in engineering, finance, IT, logistics and retail.
Virgin Media O2 provides workplace adjustments to create an equitable and inclusive environment to attract, hire and retain disabled people.
It forms part of Virgin Media O2’s All In diversity equity and inclusion strategy and its aims to better reflect the diverse communities it serves.
Jane Hatton, founder and CEO of Evenbreak, said, “Disabled people have told us that it is hard to know which employers are supportive.
