Directors of both companies have been assessing current market conditions, looking at future challenges and concluded that there are significant and exciting opportunities for VIP and Realtime to work together as a one.
To begin the merger process, VIP Computers announces the appointment Richard Marsden as Sales Director and Duncan McAuley as Purchasing Director for the newly combined operation. Mark Reed, Managing Director of Realtime Distribution, will leave his role in early 2013 and the company will be rebranded as VIP Computers; which will continue to operate from its existing Warrington and Huntingdon offices.
