In addition to assessments of the Union Street team’s technical competency, Microsoft also required a customer satisfaction survey to be conducted on the company’s customer base. The results of this survey, which was carried out by independent research company The TNS Group, revealed that 100% of participating customers would recommend Union Street and its products, and that there was a high level of overall satisfaction with the products and services they received from Union Street.
