TWL Security will specialise in IP based CCTV camera systems as well as access control across the UK for businesses and organisations of all size.
Speaking on the launch of the division, Managing Director Andrew Nicholson said: "Having over 10 years’ experience in telecoms and data networking, we identified that there is a clear cross over on data networks and security systems."
Mr Nicholson continued: "Due to his wealth of experience in this field, Martin is the right person to come on board with TWL. Our qualified engineers have been trained to the highest standard required to supply and install a bespoke CCTV system as part of continuing our quality of service to our customers. I very much look forward to seeing Martin develop this area of the business.”
On the appointment, Mr Rees said: “The biggest advancement in this industry has been the transition from analogue to IP based systems. These new systems offer huge benefits such as high definition footage that can be viewed, stored and instantly recalled. IP CCTV offers a better chance of identifying a suspect in order to gain a conviction and offers numerous benefits to to the customer over traditional analogue CCTV.
