TSI has announced the appointment of Laura Maddocks as senior partner manager.
In her new role, Maddocks (pictured) will be responsible for supporting the UCaaS provider’s partners to achieve revenue growth through new business sales, account management, product strategy, and marketing.
Maddocks has nearly a decade of experience from her time at audio solutions provider PromptVoice. In that role, she led product development and partner relationships from acquisition through to in-life account management. During her four-year tenure, she onboarded over 200 channel partners.
