Winter is tasked with expanding the team to deliver her strategy, as well as seeking new global service providers and network operator partners in the Mitel, Cisco and Microsoft space.
She joins Tollring with over 30 years of experience in the software and telecoms sector having worked with companies including Microsoft, SAP, Sage, Morgan Stanley, P&O Events, Reed Elsevier, as well as her own start-up businesses.
Most recently, Winter spent three years as the interim sales and marketing director EMEA at Fonetic, a speech recognition vendor.

“And it’s always about the people. I will be developing the team for existing growth and retention as well as new business and recruiting new talented people. My approach to managing and directing people is to take away all the barriers for success, value them and give them the freedom and direction to do their best work.”
