While this merger obviously signifies change, at this point the two companies will continue to operate as separate legal entities but with immediate effect their customers will have access to the full range of services from the combined businesses.
Over the next 6 months they will work to merge the networks and services of the businesses, and strive to make this a seamless process. They have already connected their Newbury and Reading based Data Centres to create a unique environment, affording them the opportunity to offer unrivalled business continuity services.
The merged business will have a turnover in excess of £1.5 million and with solid financial backing is set to quadruple sales within 5 years.
