Dell’s advanced printers and MDPs are designed for intensive every-day use as shared workgroup devices.
The full Dell portfolio – from best-selling A4 devices such as the C2665dnf smart multifunction colour laser, right up to high-end A3 models such as the compact 7130cdn with its 2100 paper input capacity and monthly duty cycle of up to 150,000 pages, are available from Tech Data with immediate effect. The latter printer and other Dell large-format devices are offered with free-of-charge installation and packaging removal.
Mark Glasspool, Director of Product Marketing at Tech Data, says: “We are excited to now be offering the complete range of Dell printers. Dell is a really strong brand name in both the business market and it has an excellent line-up of devices for every conceivable use in the office. We see considerable potential to grow sales amongst buyers of Dell PCs and servers and the wider market too. Dell’s own informal research shows that most customers who buy Dell PC or server systems don‘t purchase Dell printers, so there is a significant opportunity to drive that ratio upwards."
Tech Data UK became a Dell distributor in May this year when the pan-European agreement between the two companies was extended. With its extensive stock-holding, logistics and credit capabilities, Tech Data is able to meet all the needs of Dell reseller partners right across the UK and Ireland. The company holds around a £100 million of inventory and over 40,000 different product lines.
