The new deal enables partners to offer their customers the solution without having to make an upfront commitment to consumption levels.
The partnership provides the partners with a simple and zero-risk way to start migrating their customers on perpetual licencing to the cloud. Available as a white-label service, it enables partners to access the full capabilities of the Veeam Cloud Connect backup ecosystem, maximise customer retention, and start building their own cloud practice and consumption income.
Simon Bennett, managing director, Advanced Solutions, UK, at TD Synnex, said, “Node4 Channel’s BaaS is ideal for partners that want to move their Veeam customers to the cloud as soon as possible. That’s the clear market direction now and it’s important for partners to take decisive action if they want to retain customers, continue to develop their customer base and build their consumption revenues.
“Many Veeam partners do not yet have the skills and capabilities to migrate customers, nor do they possess the purchasing power that will allow them to make an up-front commitment to driving consumption. Our partnership provides the answers to both of these issues– and once they have started on their journey, partners can make use of TD Synnex’s enablement resources to further develop their both their Veeam cloud capabilities and their wider cloud practice.”
Stuart Buckley, business development director, Node4 Channel, said, “This alliance gives Veeam partners everything they need to start migrating customers to the cloud. We have a great platform that is really easy to use, while TD Synnex can provide the overlay of expert support and service that will give Veeam partners the confidence to start building their cloud business. We look forward to working with the TD Synnex team to help Veeam partners start the migration journey for their customers and their own businesses.”
The service is delivered from secure UK data centres that are compliant with UK regulations. Node4 Channel also provides 24/7 support to partners and end-users.
