Founded in 2006, Strategic Imperatives works with more than 200 service providers who use the company’s solutions to process more than 350,000 B2B transactions every day.
Best known for Elevate IQ, a billing platform for service providers, and Fibre Café, a gateway for service providers to access the UK’s wholesale fibre ecosystem, Strategic Imperatives will use the new brand identity that matches its vision to support its commercial growth plans.

In its early years, Strategic Imperatives established itself as a provider of fixed line solutions into the Openreach network, provisioning, ceasing and migrating millions of connections. The company has continued to grow, with both Fibre Café and Elevate IQ addressing business critical goals for service providers.
Fibre Café, which gives service providers access to the UK fibre ecosystem through an API-driven integration platform, has welcomed brands including Virgin Media Business, Sky Business, PXC, BT Wholesale, Netomnia, Community Fibre and Trooli. With its ‘Connect Once, Connect to Many’ approach, Fibre Café is simplifying the systems integration required to connect to multiple networks or wholesale service providers.
Elevate IQ is Strategic Imperatives’ billing platform built to meet the needs of service providers. Tackling the integration challenges that service providers face with legacy technologies, Elevate IQ is recording more than 30 million API calls every day and manages more than £100 million in monthly billing revenue. Elevate IQ is built to handle multi-service offerings, multi-brand offerings and complex commercial models.
