Chris Widocks (pictured) is the founder of WWoW PR – which stands for Widocks' Words of Wisdom – and now has clients across the UK and Europe, as well as managing media enquiries for a charity campaign in his home town.
Widocks has said the new venture has exceeded all expectations, following an unexpected redundancy after 14 years at Nimans. He said, “Setting up the agency has given me the freedom and flexibility to work with many inspiring companies and individuals and it’s going really well. I feel very lucky to have built such strong business foundations in a short space of time. More exciting plans are ahead.
“My business mantra is based on the ‘pursuit of professional perfection’ and I’d like to think everyone I work with can relate to what I’m trying to achieve. I’m very grateful for their support.”
Widocks has spent his whole career working in the media, and WWoW PR offers high levels of media expertise – from press release generation and crafted copywriting to photography, video, social media, crisis management and media training.
Widocks added, "I'm bringing a personal touch and the WWoW factor into public relations, in the UK and even the other side of the world. Bespoke relationships, based on true words of wisdom. I’m proud of what’s been achieved so far and very much looking forward to the journey ahead.”
