The two firms have merged to form parent company Frontier Data Telecom Limited, in a deal designed to strengthen their services for customers.
Prior to the deal both firms enjoyed success in their own specialist areas, but by combining forces they are now enjoying an annual turnover of more than £5 million and employ more than 40 people at their offices in Woodford Green, Essex.
The deal has also allowed them to expand their services by building on each other’s strengths and provide customers with access to an extensive range of products and services, including mobile telephony and enhanced connectivity.
