The award, presented at the Williams F1 Grove conference centre, Oxfordshire, is the highest level of attainment in ShoreTel’s Champion Partner Programme, which rewards partners who show an outstanding commitment to selling ShoreTel’s products.
Solar has been included in ShoreTel's Circle of Excellence for the last four years, in 2013 it was the largest purchaser of ShoreTel’s products outside of the US and achieved an annual growth of 20%. Solar also earned a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75%, which are widely used in the industry as a key indicator of success, and any firm scoring above 50% is classed to be a World Class company. This earned Solar the position of world’s top ShoreTel partner in November of 2013.
The Champion Partner Programme has been designed to offer infrastructure support to overseas partners that sell ShoreTel products in-order to help businesses across the globe. The programme is divided into four tiers: Authorized, Silver, Gold and Platinum, which are structured to deliver the businesses the right set of benefits to each partner.
